User Data Deletion Instructions

At PostDaily, we value your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you have connected your Facebook, Instagram, or other social media accounts to our platform and wish to remove our access and delete your data, you can do so easily by following the steps below.

How to Delete Your Data from PostDaily

You have two options to delete your data associated with PostDaily:

Option 1: Delete via the PostDaily Dashboard (Recommended)

  1. Log in to your PostDaily account.
  2. Navigate to your Dashboard.
  3. Click on Integrations in the left sidebar.
  4. Find the connected Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account you wish to remove.
  5. Click the Disconnect or Trash icon next to the account.
  6. Confirm the disconnection. Once disconnected, our system immediately deletes the access tokens and stops syncing any data related to that account.

Option 2: Remove Access via Facebook Settings

If you no longer have access to your PostDaily account, you can remove our app's permissions directly from Facebook:

  1. Go to your Facebook account's Settings & Privacy menu.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. Scroll down to the "Permissions" section and click on Business Integrations.
  4. Find PostDaily in the list of active integrations.
  5. Click Remove and follow the prompts to confirm. This will instantly revoke our access to your Facebook account.

Option 3: Full Account Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your entire PostDaily account and all associated data permanently from our servers, please contact our support team at support@postdaily.in with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request and delete all your data within 48 hours.

What Data is Deleted?

When you disconnect an account or request data deletion, we permanently remove:

  • Your OAuth access tokens
  • Cached posts and page metrics
  • Your linked profile information
  • All associated automated tasks and schedules for that account
